A Summer season of fantastic family workshops at the museum

We are thrilled that the Museum is able to open its doors and welcome visitors back to see amazing new exhibitions, permanent collections and our Summer Season of Workshops! These family workshops offer you and your children the unique opportunity to get up close to artefacts, ask questions and create something amazing!

Hey it's Clay Day!
If you like making things with clay then this workshop is for you. Come and discover how to create pots, beads, tiles and models. We will have a look at some very old clay items on show in the Museums Gallery and maybe you will be inspired to make something really incredible. We will be using Air dry clay.

All materials are provided including aprons.
