A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join Worthing Theatres & Museum in the role of an events Bar Team Leader.

As a Team Leader you will assist the Bar Manager in the running of our busy events bar service. This will include supervising and managing the front of house bar team to deliver a friendly and efficient service across Worthing Theatre and Museum bars.

You will work with the events bar team to ensure our customers are met with a friendly, efficient and motivated front of house team who are ready to deliver a consistently high standard of customer care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering an efficient events/theatre bar service whilst creating a customer focused environment. 

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure.

Essential qualification BIIB Personal Licence

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure. This is a hand's on role requiring a good standard of fitness in line with all expected duties including cellar management. The ability to work well with colleagues and as a larger team is essential.

The nature of the role requires the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of a busy events bar operation, requiring evening, weekends and working on Bank Holidays.
