Only order if the showtime on your ticket is within the next hour
Orders close when the show begins. If there is an interval, orders will re-open for the first 5 minutes of the interval.
Which venue are you in?
When can I order?
The 1 hour period before the show. For example, if your ticket says 8 PM - you can order food and drink from 7 PM to 8 PM.
Please do not order more than 1 hour before the showtime on your ticket.
Can I purchase items in the interval?
If there is an interval - we will re-open online ordering for 5 minutes when the lights turn on.
Also, before the show starts, you can pre-order interval drinks and ice cream - simply select "Deliver during the interval".
Can I order in person?
Yes, before the show or during the interval.
Please raise your hand and get the attention of our front of house staff. We can take your order via credit/debit card or contactless.
Cash is not accepted, sorry.
Can you guarantee no allergens?
If you have any allergies, please write these in the order notes, or notify a member of staff prior to ordering food or drink. Always check the ingredients listed on the packaging prior to consumption. WTM staff cannot provide any additional allergen advice or information other than the details printed on the packaging of any food and drinks items that we serve.
While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk, and are advised to check the packaging thoroughly before consumption. Unopened items can of-course be returned and refunded, or an alternative offered - please get the attention of our team.
I received items which I didn't order?
Please double check you are sat in the correct seat number. Otherwise, please alert our team.
My order hasn't arrived?
If there is not enough time to deliver your item(s) before the show began/resumed - we may reject/cancel the order, in which case you would receive a full refund. Please check with a staff member prior to leaving at the end of the show.
The food and drink website isn't working, or says "Sorry, we're not accepting orders right now" - what should I do?
Note that orders are only open for the 1 hour period before a show, or the first 5 minutes of an interval.
Try refreshing the page in a couple of minutes. Otherwise, please speak to our front of house team, who will happily take your order in person.
