We will be back soon !

Following the government announcement that Sussex is moving into Tier 4, sadly, we are having to close our venues again (from Boxing Day)

If you have tickets between Boxing Day and February...

We kindly request that you do not contact us about your booking. We will contact you with options as soon as possible.

There is no need to contact us, but, if urgent, please email boxoffice@wtam.uk rather than calling

Our team is working behind the scenes with promoters, artists and distributors to reschedule as many shows/films as we can. We anticipate being extremely busy this week and we request that you avoid contacting us about your booking - so that we can process refunds/rescheduling faster.

The Night Before Christmas

These shows will all go ahead as planned. We really look forward to seeing you soon, lets make it a night to remember! You can order food and drink during the hour before the show by visiting www.wtam.uk/order/

The Snow Queen

Sadly we are unable to do these shows, because Sussex is being moved into Tier 4 from Boxing Day. We will contact all ticket holders with their options as soon as possible. There is no need to contact us.

Other shows

There is no need to contact us, we will contact those affected as soon as possible. Our What's On page will be updated shortly, and we hope to resume shows as soon as possible once we return to Tier 2 or lower.

We have introduced the following measures to ensure our venues are Covid-safe

We have re-opened safely (again and again)

Thank you again to everyone who completed our reopening survey earlier this year, this has been extremely useful in helping us to finalise our reopening plans.

Alongside this, we have asked our staff members for their views and have incorporated these into our plans to ensure everyone can feel comfortable and safe at WTM.

‘Good to Go’ Visit Britain industry standard

We are delighted to hold the ‘Good to Go’ Visit Britain industry standard.

Acquiring this standard means that WTM has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
