Hire the Richmond Room 

Attached to the Assembly Hall, the Richmond Room is an intimate venue which is perfect as a training or meeting space, smaller fairs and AGM space. The Richmond Room has access to private bar facilities, a kitchen surface area and has an inbuilt project & screen. A small stage can be built to accommodate presentations and small performances.

The Richmond Room is fully wheelchair accessible.

Parking restrictions are in place around the Assembly Hall, but there are parking options within easy walking distance. Please ask the hires team for more information.

Venue and Stage Access

The Richmond Room does not include a stage but one can be installed at extra cost. There is no backstage area.

The Richmond Room, can only be hired if the Assembly Hall is vacant.

Hire Charges

To ensure all parts of our community can have access to our venues, we have created a number of different packages to reflect the nature of your booking. We can tailor packages to meet your exact requirements, please find our current options below. Detailed hiring information packs can be provided by our venue hire team by emailing hires@wtam.uk 

Support

We have an in-house venue hire team to ensure the hiring process is smooth. In addition to the hire of the venue, we can offer various layout, technical, staffing, box office and catering assistance. Charges will apply.

Venue Layout

Layout options can be discussed with the hires tea, and may be subject to a charge.

Technical Support

Most hiring options include one Technician as a Stage Manager. This is for health and safety purposes for any hire using the stage or backstage areas. All other technicians would be additional and can be organised through our team.

Marketing Support

If you hire our box office facilities the marketing team can provide a range of support for your hire, covering social media, brochure entries and press advice.
