Situated in the heart of Worthing, WTM has multiple, versatile venues available to hire. Our venues are fantastic flexible spaces which can accommodate a wide range of events. Whether you’re thinking about hosting a fundraising concert, a corporate conference, a small meeting or large scale function, we have multiple venue options for you.

Steps to Hiring 

Step 1 - Get in Touch
If you have a hire event idea and think one of our venues would be perfect, get in touch with us by email, the form at the bottom of the page or call us on 01903 231799. Our Team is always ready to talk through your event plans to ensure we can provide the ideal venue for your needs.
Step 2 - Talk to our Team
Talk to us about booking a visit to the venue that you have been discussing. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the space and talk about the aims of your event in the venue you are thinking of hiring. Venue visits are dependent on the availability of the space, which our Team will advise when you are ready to book your visit. Visits are only possible during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), with the last visit taking place at 4pm.
Step 3 - Book a Venue Visit
This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the venue and talk about the aims of your event in the venue you are thinking of hiring. Venue visits are dependent on the availability of the space, which our Team will advise when you are ready to book your visit. Visits are only possible during office hours (weekdays, 9am-5pm), with the last visit taking place at 4pm.
Step 4 - Pencil in the Date

Step 5 - Complete the Paperwork
When the date is penciled our Team will issue you our hire pack along with a hire letter. This pack will be how our Teams gather all the information for your event, to ensure that the venue is ready for you and we have all your requirements. Our Team will need the paperwork returned before the hire of the venue can be confirmed.
Step 6 - Confirm the Hire
Once everything is ready, our Team will issue you with a confirmation letter. This letter will detail all that is included in your package, as well as any associated costs involved. The last thing to do at this point is ensure that the security deposit has been paid. The amount will be detailed in your hire letter. After that, all is confirmed and our Team will help you with the next steps before your hire day!
